At Mashburn's Collison Center we take great pride in our work, because our name depends on it. We offer the full range of collision repair services. Please note that we no longer offer any kind of restoration repairs such as all over paint, and vintage car restoration. 

If your vehicle is wrecked and deemed repairable by Tennessee state law, we can fix it. We will handle repairs from start to finish. If there is a repair such a glass or wheel alignment that we don't do in-house, we facilitate a highly trained sub-contractor to repair what we aren't trained to do. If someone else can do something better than you can, why not just have them do the job? That's why we sub out all tire, alignment and auto glass repairs. 

We do offer free estimates on collision repairs Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. We ask that you please come while the vehicle is dry since wet body panels can mask damage and crawling under a wet vehicle isn't very fun.

We can pick up and deliver your vehicle or give you a ride to and from our shop within a 10-mile radius. We ask that you make these arrangements with us before your appointment date. 

You can follow your vehicle's repair status through the entire repair. We will send text updates directly to your mobile device or email. 

We are so confident that our repairs will meet or exceed OEM specifications that we put a lifetime warranty on all workmanship. As long as you take care of your repaired vehicle with regular wash and wax applications, the paint and body work will last forever. If it doesn't, we fix it for free. 

Customers want a clean vehicle when we deliver their vehicles. That is why we offer a free wash. We also make sure to clean any dust we left behind on the interior. No, we will not vacuum up the fries you dropped between the seats, and no we will not clean your carpets after you stored what appears to be an oil pan in the back seat. We will wash it though, and that saves you money at the car wash that is most definitely scratching your paint. 

We have a state-of-the-art frame measuring and pulling system that allows us to measure and repair your vehicle's frame and structural components. Our technicians meticulously inspect the areas around the damage to make certain that everything is back to pre-accident condition. This service is only available on vehicles that are getting the full repairs completed at our facility. We do not just do frame repair without fixing the rest of the damage. 

We have all seen some of the wild colors that manufactures are painting cars now days. If you own one of these vehicles, you are fully aware because you likely paid extra for that special color. That is why we mix all of our paint in house. We have a full lineup of BASF Onyx HD, and RM solid colors, pearls, metallics and clear coats. If your car is painted, we can match it. Our BASF spectrometer ensures that each color is scanned and mixed properly.
